This bra is specially made for women with implants, but it is great for natural breasts too. The fit will depend on the shape of your breast and how well the conform to the bra cup. I personally did not like the fit of this bra because the cup was too molded. The bra did not conform to my shape, instead it tried to force my breast into the shape of the bra. One feature that I did not like was the placement of the straps. The straps are thin and pretty, but are placed far out to the side. The bra in my size had straps out under my armpit.
